Who are the Ideal Candidates for Dentures?
We recommend partial or complete dentures to replace missing teeth since the jawbone weakens when people do not replace their teeth, resulting in sagging or an indent in their cheek. In addition, dentures can be a great solution if you have eating and speaking difficulties, sensitive teeth, or signs of gum disease.
Patients struggling with a missing tooth or teeth are prone to contracting oral infections such as gum disease. In most cases, plaque will build up between the teeth and spread infection if left untreated. Custom-made dentures from our dentists can restore their peace of mind.

The Process of Dentures
During the denture process, we will examine the patient and determine whether full dentures, partial dentures, or other options are appropriate. Sometimes, if the remaining teeth are infected or weak, we may recommend a tooth extraction first. We install fully functional dentures once we remove the remaining teeth.
Patients may need time to adjust when wearing dentures for the first time. Following the appointment, we may provide temporary dentures until their new ones are ready. Depending on your particular dental condition, this step may vary.
After we successfully create dentures, patients return to our office to try them. As part of the fitting process, we will ensure that the dentures fit correctly, making necessary adjustments.
